Internal Regulations – Dental Esthetic Miami

1. Objective
To establish the rules and guidelines that govern the operation, conduct, and care within Dental Esthetic Miami, ensuring professional, ethical, safe, and efficient service for all our patients.
 
2. Scope
These regulations apply to:
All clinic staff: dentists, assistants, receptionists, administrative, and cleaning staff.
Patients and companions, regarding the proper use of facilities and compliance with protocols.
 
3. Patient Care Standards
All patients must be treated with respect, empathy, and confidentiality.
Care will be by appointment only, except for dental emergencies.
The patient’s medical history must be updated at each visit and treated with strict confidentiality.
Patients will be informed in a clear and understandable manner about their diagnosis, treatment options, costs, and procedures.
 
4. Punctuality and Attendance
Patients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment.
If a patient is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Staff must adhere to established schedules and communicate any absences or delays in advance.

 

5. Use of Facilities
Smoking, eating, and inappropriate cell phone use are prohibited in common areas.
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Everyone must respect staff instructions regarding hygiene, safety, and conduct within the clinic.
 
6. Hygiene and Biosafety
All clinical staff must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) according to established protocols.
Care areas will be disinfected after each patient.
Ministry of Health guidelines and/or local regulations on infection control and healthcare waste management will be followed.
 
7. Personal Data Protection
All patient information will be treated in accordance with the current Personal Data Protection Law.
Access to clinical records is restricted to authorized personnel.
 
8. Billing and Payment
Treatments must be paid on time according to the agreed-upon payment method.
The clinic will provide payment receipts and, if applicable, estimates prior to the procedure.
 
9. Disputes and Sanctions
Any inappropriate conduct or serious misconduct by staff or patients may be sanctioned according to its severity.
Clinic management has the authority to resolve disputes and make decisions that ensure the proper functioning of the center.

 

10. Acceptance and Compliance
By joining Clínica Dental Nuestra as a patient or employee, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and accepted these regulations.
